Privacy Notice

Model x Creator Casting Portal
Effective date: September 16, 2026

This Privacy Notice explains how Model x Creator Casting (“Model x Creator,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information through modelcreatorcasting.com and its casting, BeautyCon access, and audition-submission experiences (the “Portal”). We use information submitted through the Portal only for internal casting review and directly related event administration. We do not sell personal information or use casting submissions for public advertising, unrelated marketing, or data brokerage.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

Model x Creator Casting is responsible for personal information collected through the Portal. For questions, access or deletion requests, or privacy concerns, email casting@sonicgods.media with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. To protect your information, we may ask you to verify your identity before responding to a request or changing a record.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you choose to submit and limited technical information generated when you use the Portal. Depending on the form, this may include:

  • Contact and identity information: first and last name, email address, phone number, and city, state, or other location information.
  • Casting and eligibility information: age or age confirmation, work-eligibility confirmation, social-media channels or handles, and answers to casting questions.
  • Audition content: written answers, photos, videos, and the voice or image that may appear in a video, along with file name, type, size, duration, and related technical metadata.
  • Event-registration information: BeautyCon guest-list information, eligibility and legal acknowledgments, and administrative records such as whether a registration was recorded or a confirmation was sent.
  • Technical and security information: IP address, browser and device information, request dates, error logs, and information used to prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents. The main questionnaire may also store an unfinished draft and current step in your browser’s local storage until it is submitted or cleared.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial-account information, government identification numbers, passwords, medical information, or other sensitive information that a form does not expressly request.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to operate the Portal and for internal casting and directly related BeautyCon guest-list administration. This includes receiving and reviewing submissions; administering auditions and check-in; communicating about registration, callbacks, technical issues, or next steps; responding to requests; maintaining records; preventing fraud, abuse, and security incidents; enforcing our Casting Terms of Use; and meeting legal obligations.

We do not use audition content to create facial-recognition templates or other biometric identifiers. We do not publish, sell, license, advertise with, or otherwise use an audition submission for public or commercial purposes unless you separately agree in writing through a later agreement or release.

4. How and where information is handled

Information is received through the Portal’s secure server-side submission process and stored in access-controlled cloud systems used to operate our casting and event-registration workflow. Public visitors cannot access internal casting records. The administrative dashboard is restricted to authorized personnel with a business need to review or administer submissions.

We use carefully selected cloud service providers for application hosting, database services, file storage, guest-list administration, and email delivery. For example, audition videos may be stored in our connected cloud file-storage account, and limited guest-list information may be maintained in an internal spreadsheet used for check-in. These providers process information only to provide services for our internal workflow and under their own contractual, security, and privacy controls.

Information may be processed in the United States and in other jurisdictions where our service providers or their subprocessors operate. We do not authorize service providers to use your casting submission for their own advertising, unrelated marketing, or data-brokerage purposes.

5. When we disclose information

We may disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Notice, including to:

  • authorized casting, operations, and event-administration personnel with a need to know;
  • authorized event check-in or guest-list personnel, only for BeautyCon access administration;
  • cloud, email, file-storage, technical-support, and other service providers that help us operate the Portal;
  • professional advisers, insurers, auditors, regulators, or prospective transaction counterparties where reasonably necessary; and
  • law enforcement, courts, government authorities, or other parties when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or the integrity of the Portal.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not permit casting-submission information to be used for third-party advertising, data brokerage, public promotion, or another non-casting purpose.

6. Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for casting, event administration, communications, security, legal, dispute-resolution, and recordkeeping purposes. Retention depends on the type of submission, whether you advance in casting, applicable legal obligations, and whether an investigation, dispute, or request is pending.

When information is no longer reasonably needed, we will delete, anonymize, or securely archive it in accordance with our operational practices and applicable law. You may request deletion by contacting us. We will evaluate each request and remove information from active systems where required or appropriate, subject to legal exceptions, fraud-prevention needs, backup retention, or the need to complete an already-recorded registration. Deleting a record may prevent further casting consideration or guest-list confirmation.

7. Security and incident response

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. These measures include restricting internal access to people with a business need, using established cloud service providers, and maintaining security and operational controls appropriate to the nature of the Portal.

No internet transmission, email message, or electronic storage system is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security. If we determine that a security incident has affected personal information, we will investigate, take steps appropriate to contain and remediate the incident, and provide notice when required by applicable law. For details about the limitations of liability relating to security incidents, see our Casting Terms of Use.

8. Cookies and browser storage

We do not use the public submission forms to place advertising cookies or to conduct cross-site behavioral advertising. The Portal and its providers may use essential technical mechanisms needed for delivery, security, session management, and error handling. The main questionnaire may use local storage in your browser to preserve an incomplete draft and current step on the same device. You may clear local storage by clearing the site data in your browser.

9. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of certain personal information; to learn about the categories of information collected and disclosed; to limit certain processing; to opt out of a sale or certain sharing; to appeal a decision about a privacy request; or to not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.

To make a request, email casting@sonicgods.media with your name, the email address used on the Portal, the form you used, and the request you are making. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may request proof of authorization and verify your identity. If we deny a request that carries an appeal right, our response will explain how to appeal.

California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, including rights to know, correct, delete, and receive information about our collection and disclosures, subject to statutory exceptions. We will not discriminate against you for making a lawful privacy request.

10. Children and sensitive information

The Portal is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. Do not submit information about a child through the Portal. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information, contact us so that we can review the issue and take appropriate action.

Although a video may incidentally depict your face or voice, please do not include health information, government identifiers, financial information, or other sensitive information unless we expressly request it through a separate process. We do not knowingly use submissions to infer sensitive personal characteristics.

11. Third-party links

The Portal may link to or display services operated by third parties, including social platforms or file links. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices and controls. This Privacy Notice covers our collection and use through the Portal, not another service’s independent handling of information.

12. Changes to this Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice to reflect changes to the Portal, our practices, service providers, or applicable law. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when required by law.
