Casting Terms of Use

The Portal is a casting-intake and event-registration experience. It may collect casting questionnaires, BeautyCon access registrations, on-site audition details, and voluntary photo or video submissions. It is not an offer of employment, representation, compensation, admission, travel, participation in a television program, or participation in any other production or event.

Submission does not guarantee review, selection, a callback, a meeting, event access, entry to BeautyCon, venue admission, representation, compensation, participation, or a response. We may review, contact, select, decline, suspend, or remove a submission in our discretion, subject to applicable law. We are not required to explain casting or guest-list decisions.

Unless we state otherwise in writing, applicants must be at least 18 years old at the time of submission. The BeautyCon access registration also requires confirmation that you are a United States citizen or lawful permanent resident. You are responsible for ensuring that all eligibility representations you make are accurate.

BeautyCon registration is a request for guest-list placement, not a promise of entry. Venue capacity, organizer rules, ticketing requirements, security procedures, health and safety requirements, applicable law, and the decisions of event or venue personnel may affect access. We may correct, decline, or revoke a registration where permitted by law, including for inaccurate information, ineligibility, fraud, misuse, or operational necessity.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Do not submit another person’s contact information, image, voice, social account, or video unless you have authority to do so. Do not submit content that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, infringing, sexually explicit, malicious, or otherwise inappropriate, or content that identifies a minor without legally valid authority.

You represent that you own your submission or have all rights, permissions, consents, and releases necessary to provide it for the purposes described in these Terms and the Privacy Notice. You represent that your submission does not violate another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights.

You retain ownership of your original written responses, photos, and videos. By submitting them, you grant Model x Creator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to receive, host, store, reproduce, play, evaluate, and share your submission with authorized internal casting, event-administration, and service-provider personnel solely for casting review, audition administration, BeautyCon guest-list administration, technical support, security, and required recordkeeping.

This license does not authorize public display, advertising, unrelated marketing, data brokerage, or use in a finished production. If you advance, participate, or appear in a project, additional releases, eligibility checks, and written agreements may be required before any separate use of your name, likeness, voice, or content.

You authorize us to contact you at the email address, phone number, social account, or other contact detail you provide for casting, registration, callbacks, technical support, and related administration. You are responsible for providing an email address you can access and for checking spam or junk folders. Operational and casting messages are not marketing messages.

You may use the Portal only for its intended casting and registration purposes. You may not access administrative areas, bypass authentication, submit malicious code, upload prohibited content, interfere with the Portal, harvest personal information, use automated means to submit or scrape data, or misuse an upload link. We may investigate misuse and take appropriate action, including blocking a submission and preserving records for security or legal purposes.

We use reputable cloud, email, file-storage, and productivity service providers to operate the Portal and our internal casting workflows. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices and may experience outages, delays, changes, or failures outside our control. The Portal and its communications are provided on an “as available” basis. A displayed confirmation means the Portal accepted a request at that time; it does not guarantee email delivery, event access, review, selection, or that an event will occur.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information in accordance with our Privacy Notice. However, no website, network, electronic storage system, or email transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Model x Creator is not responsible for losses, claims, or damages resulting from an unauthorized access, security incident, data breach, data leak, interception, transmission failure, malicious act, service-provider failure, internet or telecommunications failure, or other event outside our reasonable control. This provision does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights and remedies available under applicable privacy or consumer-protection law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Portal is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted service, or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Model x Creator and its affiliates, partners, personnel, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunity, profits, goodwill, or data, arising from or relating to the Portal, an event, a submission, a casting or guest-list decision, or these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where a limitation is prohibited by law.

The Portal’s branding, layout, text, logos, graphics, software, and other materials are owned by or used with permission by Model x Creator or its licensors and are protected by law. Except for the limited right to use the Portal for its intended purpose, these Terms grant no rights in those materials. “BeautyCon” and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Portal or update these Terms when appropriate. We will post any revised Terms on this page and update the effective date. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless applicable law requires another forum. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Notice are the entire agreement regarding use of the Portal.
